Generic Technology Assessment Tool for Supply Chains
Private and public organizations are constantly faced with the complex task of determining how the deployment of new technologies will impact their operational performance and what are the financial impact (e.g. ROI) of the technologies. Funded by the Department of Transportation (click for information), G-TASC is a decision support system that helps decision makers to evaluate potential technologies and their impact on the performance of the end to end supply chain. The business process before and after the technology will be evaluated against an array of performance metrics to select the technology that will yield the best financial and non-financial performance. Through the combination of a qualitative and quantitative analysis, G-TASC enables our clients to prioritize a group of technologies for deployment.
