Experience

Productivity Apex, Inc. was founded in 2001 as a United States-based corporation with the goal of using sound principles of industrial engineering and operations research to help commercial enterprises and government agencies improve their productivity and maximize their efficiencies. Headquartered in Orlando, FL, USA, PAI is a woman-owned, SBA-certified Small Disadvantaged Business (WOSB, SDB) that has developed and delivered the most effective and reliable products that strictly adhere to public and private clients' required specifications, and which have consistently exceeded quality standards and expectations. Over the last several years, PAI has contributed to many functional service areas, a few of which are listed below.

Engineering, System Engineering and Process Engineering Support

  1. Our team continues to lead and support the USDOT in software development, systems engineering, and process reengineering on multiple nationwide deployments of FRATIS Freight Drayage Optimization and Freight-Specific Dynamic Travel Planning applications.
  2. We are a partner on the Synthetic Environment (SE) Core Common Virtual Environment (CVE) Management project, providing technical leadership and development effort in Terrain Database Generation, Virtual Simulation Architecture, Common Virtual Components, and After Action Review.

Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation, and Analysis Support

  1. We are currently supporting large scale simulation development and deployment efforts through the One Semi-Automated Forces Contract (OneSAF).  PAI personnel provide guidance, development, testing, and integration support for multiple OneSAF Objective System (OOS) teams, including Software Production, Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), and Commanders Training Subsystem (CTS).
  2. We were contracted by NASA to create and manage the Simulation Modeling and Analysis Center at Kennedy Space Center, providing continuous on-site support from 2009-2014 and receiving consistently superior ratings in annual performance evaluations from NASA. Our modeling and analysis team was responsible for developing models and providing detailed quantitative analyses to help maximize the safety, efficiency, and flexibility of our nation's premier launch complex.
  3. We provided system simulation modeling support to Eastman Chemical Company by developing end-to-end supply chain models for various product lines in order to evaluate the anticipated levels of risk under varying inventory levels and safety stocks, as well as the effect of varying supply chain rules and practices on meeting demand.

Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RM&A) Support

  1. Our team provided site assessments to Lockheed Martin as part of the F-35 - Joint Strike Fighter Program to assess the effectiveness of the operations and maintenance of assets critical to production at the Fort Worth, Marietta, and Palmdale manufacturing plants. We were tasked with assessing the gap between current practices and best-practice asset management activities for LMAC facilities, and performing an organizational cross-section review of current processes currently in place to maintain mission-critical machine tools and plant infrastructure. Our comprehensive assessment enabled Lockheed Martin to find and drive opportunities to improve the asset management practices and the organization's performance.

Program Support

  1. Our team has provided program support to NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) to provide program planning and control, project management, program integration, and flight systems operations and integration support to the Ground Systems Development and Operation Program (GSDO). PAI provided a wide-array of technical and engineering support services across all branches and Integrated Product Teams within GSDO. Our personnel were responsible for supporting program scheduling and reporting; risk documentation and tracking; programming, planning, budgeting & executing (PPBE) exercises; cost analysis; and resource assessments.
  2. We are a part of the critical deployment team contracted by the Greater Orlando Airport Authority to implement an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system. Our team is assisting with the development of content inventory including managing the transition of paper-based records into the ECM system, documenting and developing workflows and business processes, and administering and managing user training courses and materials.

Quality Assurance

Productivity Apex believes in performance-based contracting and is ready to accept performance work statements with deliverable milestones that are easily measurable and verifiable. We embrace quality assurance methods to verify contractor compliance in the performance of work. Internally, we exercise these practices via periodic reviews of employee performance versus customer expectations as delineated in the relevant performance work statements.
